What Are Your Pricing Terms?

EXW (Ex Works)

• Description: The price covers only the product itself and does not include transportation, insurance, or other delivery fees. The buyer is responsible for picking up the goods from our factory and bearing all related costs.
• Suitable For: Clients who prefer to arrange their own shipping and logistics.

FOB (Free on Board)

• Description: The price includes transportation costs from our factory to the loading port but excludes costs from the loading port to the final destination. The seller is responsible for transporting the goods to the specified loading port and loading them onto the vessel, while the buyer bears all costs and risks from the loading port to the destination.
• Suitable For: Clients who wish to control the sea freight process.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

• Description: The price includes transportation and insurance costs from our factory to the port of destination. The seller bears all costs and risks during the transportation process until the goods reach the destination port. The buyer is only responsible for costs and duties after the goods arrive at the destination port.
• Suitable For: Clients looking to reduce transportation risks and simplify logistics management.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

• Description: The price includes all costs, covering transportation, insurance, duties, and other fees from our factory to the final destination. The seller bears all risks and costs, and the buyer does not need to pay any additional fees upon receiving the goods.
• Suitable For: Clients who prefer to have complete cost control and avoid additional expenses.

Example Scenarios:

• EXW: If you are ordering a small batch of products and prefer to handle the logistics yourself, EXW might be suitable for you.
• FOB or CIF: For clients who prefer us to manage the port logistics, FOB or CIF would be more appropriate.
• DDP: If you want us to handle everything up to the final delivery, DDP is the best choice.
